• Hot Bamboo Massage

A warm bamboo massage is a full body treatment that helps to relieve muscolar tensions thanks to the heated bamboo sticks. The heat radiates deeply into the muscle tissue to release spasm and relieve stress. Pain, tensions and stress melts away leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuveneted.

• Ayurvedic Abhyangam Massage

This deeply relaxing massage brings nourishment to the tissues, cells and energy channels, deep relaxation to the muscles and calmness to the mind and nervous system. Helps eliminate toxins, strengthens the muscle tone, relaxes and rejuvenates the body.

• Ayurvedic Yoga Massage

This treatment combines elements of traditional Ayurvedic Massage, guided yoga stretches and deep breath to unblock your energetic channels , balance your doshas and calm your mind. Uses long stroking movements, pressure points manipulation, stretching and body rolling to relax and boost the immune system and relieve joint soreness.

2. All Gift Vouchers EXPIRE 6 MONTHS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE.

What happens if my gift voucher has expired? 

You may still be able to use your gift voucher beyond its expiration date, only if you book by the expiration date.  Within 3 weeks from the exp date you will be charged 50% on the voucher ammount. After 3 weeks it will not be possible to use your voucher anymore.

This is because I believe in the importance of the present moment and that maybe you received the voucher right when you most needed a treatment.
